How I Started:
After blowing up to a fat 240 Lbs at 15 years old i decided to lose weight, i dropped to a 'skinny fat' 182 lbs through extreme dieting and became an eventual anorexic through too much cardio and poor diet. I joined a gym to get myself sorted and learn't how to lift and eat to gain muscle. I've decided to become a full-time sports nutritionist and help others acheive their fitness goals.
Why I Love It:
Watching my body slowly mould into something worth admiring and seeing how far I can push it.

Thinking back to what i used to look like.

Goal (Long):
I've just finished another cut after a bulk that 'almost' spiralled out of control (increased calories too quickly) and down to sub 10% bodyfat again.
My aim now is to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible without going much above 10% bodyfat (12% at most).
I've got the program and the knowledge, NOTHING will stand in my way.
1) Not eating enough - I'm still on 4500kcal (which was holding me steady at 94.5kg), so I've boosted it up to a minimum of 4700kcal/day to see if that helps
2) Not enough sleep - BIG one, I've just finished my MSc so...

slowly! its taken me a few weeks to work out just what my base is so i reckon i mite increase the bulk for a few more weeks then cut, cos at at the moment my body fat is low anyway so not a great deal of fat to lose! How much u gained so far?
