When I added supplements, I began to see more changes!
Every morning when I get up I take all my supplements. I take 2 Green Tea pills, 2 ALC/CLA pills, 2 Fish Oil pills, a Multivitiman, a calcium pill, a Magnesium pill and a Vitamin C pill. I also use Con-Crete in my pre-workout drink along with C4. Since I started the Con-Crete I feel so much stronger! In my post-workout drink I use Glutamine and BCAAs. I also have a whey shake using my Dymatize Gourmet Elite. I use the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor and I love it!I also use the whey in my morning oatmeal! It's so yummy!

I caused my problem and I am the solution too!
No one forced me to eat crap and get fat! I did that all by myself. But, when I saw a pic of me that I didn't recognize myself in, I knew I had to do something! Now I eat clean and exercise 6 days a week. I've had bumps and snags; two surgeries & pulled muscles and the like. And between my birthday last year (Nov. 25th) until Christmas, I ate like crap! I gained weight and fat! So I declared on Dec. 29th that 2013 was going to be MY year!! This year WILL be when I get my body like I want it and become a shining example to others!
