Picked up the book "Body For Life" and after I finished those 12 weeks my life has changed.
Why I Love It:
I have more energy, and I love seeing my body transform everyday!

Christmas of '07 at about 235-240 lbs. My weight went up a bit more, and I started hitting the gym in May of 2008.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
3 Days a week, 30 minutes of steady cardio on elyptical or bike..followed by HIIT training usually about 15 minutes.
What chest workout has worked best for you?
Combination of Bench Press (Flat, Incline, Decline) and flys.

man your about my build-unreal how you transformed bro. Keep it up. Im bout 185 trying to get around 195 now. Any products that you used that really gave you good gains/fat loss.
