Picked up the book "Body For Life" and after I finished those 12 weeks my life has changed.
Why I Love It:
I have more energy, and I love seeing my body transform everyday!

Christmas of '07 at about 235-240 lbs. My weight went up a bit more, and I started hitting the gym in May of 2008.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
3 Days a week, 30 minutes of steady cardio on elyptical or bike..followed by HIIT training usually about 15 minutes.
