Hey man, a few days back you posted a reply in a forum about me and my back pains (appreciate it btw) just stoppin by to say i might start doing back extensions to give it some exercise, do a stretch or two for it, and i plan on getting a softer mattress a new set of box springs for my bed. (already got a foam mattress, made it worse)..what you think man?
