How I Started:
I knew I had to change myself before I turned 18 and became a man. I was tired of being the little, nerdy kid everyone thought was "nice." Also, I want to be able to take on anything that comes my way alone.
Why I Love It:
I love watching myself change over time and gaining more respect through the power.
How I Stay Motivated:
My dream of playing drums in a band and showing off my rockin' body on stage.

My major accomplishment thus far has been getting my max bench to 200 lbs. It's a bench mark for me.

I just started out about 2 months ago, and used to play soccer so I was SKINNY! I'm gaining weight and will be taking pics weekly. Legs, chest, and back.
Gained about 20 lbs... going for more!

My gamer tag is RustyHavoc if you ever want to play. Bought WoW, cleaned my computer out and loaded it, played for a day or two, then threw it away. I don't understand how people get addicted to WoW. Played much better games... I gave up video games at new years though. Used to play way to much and now only maybe once a month if any. Glad I did.

Yeah, I've been eating about 5 meals a day. Only been drinking protein shakes once a day after my workout and have been working out 5-6 times a week. I just started rotating chest/shoulder/tri, back/bi, and leg routine. Working each group twice a week. Leaving weekends for recovery. I think all the walking and lifting I do at work is setting me back a bit... I was eating about 4,000 calories a day, but got so tired of eating and ****ting that I stopped. Gonna get back on that again though...
