How I Started:
Somehow...saw all those buff guys and wanted to be strong like them, especially Bruce Lee. Didn't want to be among the weaklings anymore, but among the strongest of the strongest.
Why I Love It:
It is a challenge to me and I love challenges. Also because I want to become stronger to protect/take care of my family, friends, & myself and to help out those in need.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always look ahead at the people above me and strive to surpass them all. I'll keep on going till I become the best of the best
BB Accomplishments:
Have not made any, but trying to gain high quality muscles highly defined, like Bruce Lee's. Not get big/bulky but stay small and become just as strong as those huge strong buff guys.

Goal (Long):
I want to have strong & fast muscles that are not so big/bulky, but rather in high quality and are highly defined. I want my body to be proportional and have great postures. I want to be buff looking. I want to perfect my body in every way I can. I want to be 150 lbs 5'7 and stay there till I pass away.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

Been working at Fred Meyer for a few weeks now and still trying to work out. Been really busy lately and haven't improved much. Will work out a lot harder once summer starts.
Afternoon: (2 hrs) (alternate between #1 & 2 and #3 & 4 but take long rests between sets) (5 sets of 5-6 reps for strength upper body and 5 sets of 10-12 reps for strength lower body) (1 compound exercise, 1 isolation, 1 for toning)...
