acalo Don't make excuses on why not to do cardio, find reasons why you should. 39 degrees is perfect weather for cardio. I had the same problem when I started but you have to make a decision. Do you want it bad enough or not? You can do it, YOU just have to want to... Oct 18, 2012 9:56am
