How I Started:
I have been working out on and off since high school. I love the human body and seeing what it can do, that motivates me. I took Sports medicine in high school first started to learn about training. I was a runner in junior high and high school.

It's hard. My boyfriend helps. Seeing my improvements also motivate me. The stress release gets me going too.

thank you! if i have one word of advice, it's to remember that it takes lots and lots of time, so don't beat yourself up about seeing results overnight! slow and steady wins the race :)

i only started the goal two weeks ago. you wouldn't see results this soon not to mention it takes a very careful and slow adjustment of higher calorie intake to gain muscle and not fat. good luck with your goal!
