My dad said a dr. would describe me as morbidly obese. I was fat and unhappy
Why I Love It:
I like feeling accomplished. I have more energy and look better than i ever have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I noticed alot changing. My body looks better and i have a much different reaction from girls.

Losing 90 lbs while addng over 100 lbs to my bench
