Gain muscle mass and be in great shape hopefully in 5 years I will be 220 7% body fat without supllements but with faith and hard work:)
Goal (Long):
Back 2 years ago when I was 13 I was frail and skinny, about 115 lbs and no muscle and stength untill I started lifting for football I exploded from 115-130 lbs in a few months and then when I got better routines and diet I grew from 130-158 lbs in 8 months of training. Now I will follow very popular rotines from bodybuilders and the trainers ive talked too, plus my diet will now be professional so I think I can go from 158 lbs of muscle to 185 in about 9-12 months

I've been working out most of my life but started again after over a year layoff about 8 years ago. Been consistent since then... probably missing only 2 weeks when on vacation in that time.
I wrote a bodybuilding program that you may purchase at www.musclenow.com that teaches all of my recommendations for muscle building without supplements or drugs, and I have hundreds of testimonials from around the world posted at my www.MuscleNOW.com site. Thanks for the comment! I do not use bodybuilding supplements, and encourage all to remain completely natural, which includes avoiding not only drugs, but also supplements that claim to add muscle or burn fat quicker than proper diet/training can provide, as most do not work as advertised, and if you find one that does, you risk damaging long term health. -- continued in next comment.
I believe in you :) - sounds like a lot of muscle there because you still look really cut! I wish i could really knuckle down and train to be a fitness model but i honestly don't have the time :\. I guess i'm just training to feel good and live healthier. What about you?
