Saw an infomercial, joined a gym and the rest is history!
I went from being lazy, to a gym rat, to competing, to working for the largest natural bodybuilding organization in the world - WNSO / FAME World Tour!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
The biggest reason I stay motivated is when I am backstage running a bodybuilding show, I get to meet the greatest people in the world. As an athlete liaison I get to talk to athletes of all ages and listen to their personal stories (whether they set a goal or survived an illness). The athletes drive me to continue my training!

I didn't care what I ate!
I was very lazy and never exercised. At this time I was about 11lbs heavier than I should have been.
For a height of 5ft. I wanted to be 107lbs.
I started to work-out!
I came in a little flatter than I wanted to be in terms of muscle.
But I went from 23% body fat to 13% for my first competition. I lost 12lbs.
