How I Started:
After extensive research, I've recently decided to transform my body from the heaping pile of flab that it is, to the leaner, more well-defined body I want.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to relieve stress. It's one place that you can go, hook up your IPOD, do your thing and feel great when you leave.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find this to be the most difficult part. Just getting started, I'm quickly realizing how easy it is to just hit the snooze button and stay in my warm bed instead of getting into a cold truck and driving to the gym.
