cardio in the morning and afternoon, eat 4 or 5 meals a day and weightlifitng 6 times a week, sunday off.
thursday: light workout , just messing around. full body workout walking around the gym grabbing weights
saturday: chest or back, whichever I feel I did not do workout hard enough early in the week
Im doing legs twice a week no matter what!

9 egg whites- bowl of brown rice
tuna in water - white rice
chicken breast - pinto beans
chicken breast - green beans
tilapia fish - broccoli
