My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

cardio in the morning and afternoon, eat 4 or 5 meals a day and weightlifitng 6 times a week, sunday off.

 

monday: chest-triceps

tuesday: legs

wednesday:back-biceps

thursday: light workout , just messing around. full body workout walking around the gym grabbing weights

friday: legs

saturday: chest or back, whichever I feel I did not do workout hard enough early in the week

sunday: rest

 Im doing legs twice a week no matter what!

eat like a beast is fu******ing hard

9 egg whites- bowl of brown rice

tuna in water - white rice

chicken breast - pinto beans

protein shake

chicken breast - green beans

tilapia fish - broccoli

WILDDOG20 I just find out last night the heaviest dumbbell weight in my gym is 80 lbs, WTF! What I am suppossed to do Now?

  • Use power rack for spotter on barbell. Assuming they aren't all taken by people squatting.

  • Try doing DTP workouts starting with 50 reps down to 10 reps (by 10's) then back up to 50. start light and work to the 80's then back down you can do this for any muscle group. Good luck.
