How I Started:
I used to watch a lot of pro wrestling. Got interested in lifting, then martial arts. I enjoyed martial arts a lot and lifted on and off for the past 9 years. Have been serious for the past 2
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good to reach my goals and to look great. It's also a good escape
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of how skinny i used to be. 110 lbs when i started lifting at age 13. And whenever I see a guy with really skinny arms. Not to be a jerk, but it motivates me to keep lifting. I'm finally reaching some of my past longterm goals, it's motivating and now i get to set new goals

Description: My first no-gi grappling tournament 19yrs old. Not my best performance, but I was fighting one weight class up because they did not have my class at the this particular tournament (170lb) so I had to fight in the 180lb division which had huge guys cutting to make weight. I have many more videos but they are all on vhs or lost, I do much better in the other ones
