How I Started:
I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY STRONG FOR A GIRL, BUT APPARENTLY NOT AS STRONG AS I LOOKED. AFTER BEING INVOLVED IN A BAR FIGHT WITH SOME FRIENDS, I DECIDED THAT I NEEDED TO ACTUALLY BE STRONGER THAN I LOOKED!!! SO...WHEN I RECOVERED, I STARTED LIFTING WEIGHTS AND HITTING THE HEAVY BAG.
Why I Love It:
I WORK FOR MY BOYFRIEND OUT OF OUR HOUSE AND SOME DAYS HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY WORK FOR ME AT ALL! WORKING OUT HELPS CREATE A DAILY ROUTINE THAT REALLY MAKES THE DAY FEEL MUCH MORE ACCOMPLISHED. NOT TO MENTION, I LOVE THE BURN!
How I Stay Motivated:
EVERY WEEK I SEE NEW CHANGES IN MY BODY AND MY STRENGHT! THE MIRROR DOES NOT LIE...AND LATELY ITS BEEN SAYING GOOD THINGS!!! IT NEVER HURTS TO HEAR YOUR FRIENDS SAY YOU LOOK EVEN BETTER THAN YOU DID LAST WEEK!
BB Accomplishments:
IN LESS THAN 12 WEEKS, I WENT FROM 207LBS TO 196LBS, DROPED 2 PANT SIZES, AND I CAN SEE THE MUSCLE STARTING TO POP!

I HAVE NEVER REALLY LIKED THE BODY I LIVE IN...BUT NOW I HAVE LEARNED TO LOVE IT! I NEVER TOOK THE STEPS TO TREAT MY BODY THE WAY IT NEEDED TO BE TREATED! I WANT TO LET THE MUSCLES COME OUT FROM WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN LOST FOR SO LONG. BY THIS SUMMER, I PLAN TO HAVE A FLAT STOMACH AND START WORKING ON SOME HOT SIX PACK ABS! MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 175 WILL BE REACHED BY CONTINUING TO EAT HEALTHY AND PUSH MYSELF TO THE LIMIT EVERY DAY!

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
