On the chicken thing for everyone, I cook all 12 at once and cut em up in to small strips and put em in baggies. I'll take a baggie of chicken and a cup-o-ranch with me where ever I go and whip it out and eat it every 2 hours. Its all about staying anabolic and not slipping into a catabolic state. Eating every 2 hours and sleeping for 8 gets it done, Lukic helps as well as ZMA.

Whats up bro, good luck with your goals, 210 isn't that far away if you keep at the gym and put alot into your diet and protein intake. We're close on goals, so get some progress pics up, thats what keeps me pushin out extra reps, crazy progress pictures.

Nice progress pics bro, we're the same in trying to gain weight. Remember eat often. I cook 12 chicken breasts a week and cut 'em up and eat em cold with ranch about every 2 hours throughout the week. But you well on your way, bro, you'll have no problems.

Bro, its you've have some good form and at 138lbs you can see some explosive growth in a short time. We're the same hight, I went from hovering at 135 to 146.5 in about 8 weeks. Keep it up I can tell you for sure your going to make it.
