HOW I STARTED:

My dad got me into it, he was always working out, playing bball, running, etc. Idols are Jack La Lanne, Steve Reeves & Larry Scott

WHY I LOVE IT:

Seeing the changes in my physique. The pump! The ladies expressions when I undress, the comments I get. Love it when people come up to me & ask, what do you do for your chest, etc.

Training

Have taken the past 2 weeks off.  Was just feeling tired & not up to training, so I listened to my body but am now READY.  Been working a lot & it must have caught up to me, that & the lack of sleep.  You know when the stims don't hit you it's time to get off & rest.  Well rest I did.  AND, I'm so amped up to start my training that I'm going to start it today, SUNDAY.  Until later.

Eating for Mon. 10/15/07

Eating for Mon. Blender drink: 1 1/2 cups h2o 1/3 cup oats 1 bananna 1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit 1 heaping tbls flaxseed peanutbutter 2 tbls. honey 2 scrambled eggs Afternoon: Tuna, brown rice w/ EVO 2 tbls. flaxseed peanutbutter Mid-afternoon: 1 peanutbutter granola bar 1 bagle w/ Smart Balance butter & honey Chicken breast with dark veggies Been a week now w/o any junk whatsoever. No candy, no cheat meals, no nothing. Just awesome quality food & some mighty good spirits on the weekend.

Mon. 10/15/07 Dynamic warm-up: 8 mins. Chest: Towel bench: 10-8-6 or more ( 3-4 mins. rest between sets ) Warm-up: bar x15: 135x10, 155x8, 190x6 Box squat: 5x5 or more on last set. ( 3-4 mins. rest between sets ) 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 210x5 Lats: Reverse grip lat pulldown: ( 1 1/2 mins. rest betweens sets ) 80x8, 85x10, 97.5x10, 110x10, 112.5x10 Incline db rows: 50x10, 50x10, 60x10, 60x10, 80x8 Bball: 20 mins. Stretching: 15 mins. 5x5 on the box squats were tuff, haven't done 5x5 in a long time! Did not do my second chest exercise, will do on Wed.

youknowmysteez thank you for the kind words brutha I'm trying to get it done this year and stay focused... as of workout routine iv'e been leaning out for the last six weeks following the body recomp. diet which consist of carb cycling and 4 full body workouts a week which is very new to me but suprisingly efective. next week I start a mass phase for eight weeks before i lean out for my comp.this summer.
