My dad got me into it, he was always working out, playing bball, running, etc. Idols are Jack La Lanne, Steve Reeves & Larry Scott
Why I Love It:
Seeing the changes in my physique. The pump! The ladies expressions when I undress, the comments I get. Love it when people come up to me & ask, what do you do for your chest, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
Books, pics, different websites, etc. Reading about Larry Scott, Steve Reeves.
BB Accomplishments:
To keep on adding/building my smaller version of a Steve Reeves physique.

Goal (Long):
From now till the last day of March, just over 3 months. My goal is to not miss a single workout! Get my daily naps in, and to bed early so I'm well recovered and rested for my busy days.
Follow a very clean healthy style of eating. Parrillo style. No milk products, red meat every now & then, and only on weekends. Only 2-3 servings of fruit per day, very small amounts. Bread only on weekend. Lots of h2o, pleany of starchy & fibrous veggies. YES to hard boiled eggs, chicken, tuna, turkey, fish. Also some good ol' EFA's. MCT oil & EVO.
Must get in my sprints, stretching, along with foam rolling & rotator cuff.
Will also be throwing in more core work than usual. Tire hitting with the sledge-hammer, medicine ball & various gymnast type of training.
My routine will be what Jim Morris wrote for me along with some Vince Gironda training from his various books.
Supps. will be from USPLabs, GET DIESEL, Biotest & Anabolic Xtreme. My FAV is Get Diesel!
Will also be cutting back on my drinking, which I've been doing a great job of the past few months. Might get crazy for New Yrs. though! HA! Maybe. ( I did, and had enough alcohol to last me awhile! )
LONG-TERM GOAL! 8 MONTHS FROM NOW I WANT TO BE IN THE TOP 10 OF TOP PROFILES ON HERE FOR THE GUYS!
I'm now being trained my the great BB legend JIM MORRIS! Google him, he was & still is the MAN! I'm on my third week and the program is AWESOME! I'm already seeing results, his knowledge is elite!
Right now i´m doin dips not for mass but rather for strength/endurance for my handball-performance. I´m always been a "tester", you can only know, if something works if you tested it by yourself. Just wanted to see, if hot-rox helps me, gettin rid of some more bf. Keep building
I did pass the stress test, thank goodness. Two other guys that were supposed to start with me on the FD didn't. It is really easy to fail, apparently. I love being a firefighter/EMT. I wouldn't trade it for the world. It took me 5 years to get onto the department and I still can't believe that it is real. Good luck with school.
