I swear, I can go 2 weeks of good living. Meaning I am eating big, lifting strong, and getting big from this. And then life does it's thing and here comes the week that puts the stop to my progress. I sat down and decided today to add on 4 more weeks of cutting when I start (probably in 2-3...

Very cool, just making sure you didn't fall off the wagon haha. If you are doing the Circle City in May, then you should think about the Buckeye in Cbus as a warm-up in April. Keep training hard and get shredded come next year! Conditioning will be the key.

no I see men patients...lol...get a pillow that is less then 4 inches thick, sleep on your BACK!!!!! if you laterally bend neck at night, support head so it does not bend laterally...make sense...?
