Hey man Add me to your friends list man, your physique rocks ! I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc

I guess that depends on your perspective, on the ship I had 87 other people I had to sleep with, but here I have a thousand hairy and scaled critters tht want to sleep in my rack with me. It's a tossup. Thanks brother.

Well... I really want to work my way into the lifestyle. As of Monday I'm lifting 3 days a week and completing cardio 3 days. I'm also cleaning up my diet eating 6 meals a day and taking protein after lifting. A lot of water too :) Any suggestions?
