But I've been slacking on the cardio. Baby has been sick and other stuff has come up. 2 more weeks until I get my MRI done....

I will be doing some HIIT after my lifting on Monday and Friday. I'll be doing stair sprints, which should make up for the fact I'm only hitting legs once a week. I'll also be swimming sprint intervals on T/TH.

A couple changes

Just finished a month of CKD, so I'm adjusting my routine accordingly. Now that I don't have to train a certian way I'm giving the old bodypart split another go. It's going to be: Monday- Chest/Biceps Wednesday- Legs/Shoulders Friday- Back/Triceps I feel this split will suit me best for 2 reasons. First, I paired a large bodypart with a smaller one, which will allow for greater intensity. Second, bis/tris  will still get hit 2x a week.

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing.
