**** yeah dude I feel you on that. I just got back from the Gym an hour ago and my workout was 2 1/2 hours long. My pump was crazy. We need to hit the together tomorrow.

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt

I guess that depends on your perspective, on the ship I had 87 other people I had to sleep with, but here I have a thousand hairy and scaled critters tht want to sleep in my rack with me. It's a tossup. Thanks brother.
