Actually the bottom two are the most difficult to develop for me. It has been a constant struggle for me. I try my best to do leg lifts (especially hanging from the pull up bars), bicycle crunches, and V-ups are great. The obliques are the easiest for me to develop. I usually do side bends with dumbells, side crunches on the cable pulley or crunches on a stability ball to each side. Dieting is imporant as well and cardio. Hope this helps. Have a good one.
