Thanks for the comments. I actually train at home. In terms of a bulking diet, it depends on many factors (including how your body handles certain levels of carbs, protein and fats. A good place to start might be a diet comprised of 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats (about 500 calories above your current maintenance level). And just adjust from there. Good luck.

Still plugging away, thanks for checking in. I've put more focus / intensity into my workouts for the past month, and also looked into my diet. I've basically lead avegetarian diet, which is great, but tough to feed muscle grwth - what I'm looking for right now. I've been directed towards the "Lean Mass Diet". Are you familiar with its methodology. It's seems like a carb / calorie cycling program. Any thoughts? What are your training / competition plans these days?
