To gain some quality muscle and lower the bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I would like to get myself to the 200 pound mark with single digit bodyfat. For me that means maintaining my current training program and tweaking my diet by increasing the protein.
Thanks for the advice. That's roughly the diet I'm currently on...the carb ratio is slightly higher since I'm a hard gainer. All the best in your goals.

hey, things are great here. I'm not familiar with the diet itself you mentioned but familiar with carb cycling, very common for those that compete. I plan to do acouple of shows still this year. Feeling great and definately making great progress towards that goal!
