hey, things are great here. I'm not familiar with the diet itself you mentioned but familiar with carb cycling, very common for those that compete. I plan to do acouple of shows still this year. Feeling great and definately making great progress towards that goal!

Getting a personal trainer to teach me what I should be doing was huge. Staying consistent with workouts has also been important.
