Hi friend. Just a suggestion. Resubmit all your pics under the "Men over 20" cetegory. I think you get a lot more views (and comments) should you do this. Just a thought?
Hi friend. I was just wondering if you were intending to post some new pics in the near future. I have uploaded a few recently and so would be interested to know if you were likely to post some news pics as well.
Your new pics do show some upper body development has recently taken place. Well done. Keep posting. You are now on the way in developing a really awesome physique.
Thank you for leaving a comment and/or rating on one of my pics recently. At 57 years of age, I might be getting on a little bit, but I can still have my aspirations, goals and fitness dreams.
Age is but a number ... not a barrier.
Good luck with your future aspirations etc etc.
And it wasn't 2 months, my cut shown in my progress pictures starts in July and ends in Dec. I lost about 45-50 pounds in that time frame.
You look pretty lean right now, are you trying to cut?
The main thing I did was dropping the fast food and booze. I dropped weight like crazy just by doing that since I was drinking and eating it almost everyday in college lol. Calories started at 2000 a day then dropped to about 1600-1800 a day. My fiancee was doing body for life at the time, so I would eat a lot of the recipes from her book since she always made dinner.
Hey thanks for the comment! BY the looks of it, it doesn't seem like you eat much sweets. Nice definition btw. I'm working hard to kick my sugar habit!
