How I Started:
I was pretty small as a asian kid. Needless to say, getting meat on the bones was a good priority for not being picked on. So my dad found this raggy old bench from like the junk yard (eh, we aint rich) and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Clears the mind, stress, and it lets you focus on yourself. The pump isnt bad either and looking buff/ripped is always a plus.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is something hard to answer. Alot, friends when their hitting their set...competitive by nature, i want to beat them (most of the time i fail lol, thats ok; its the drive that counts). The raw emotions of the way life throws stuff at you. Channeling whatever that is in your way into something constructive (aka lifting weights).
BB Accomplishments:
Getting off my butt these many months and hitting the weights like a man...and doing cardio.

I was in a slump of not working out for a long time (i had a back problem so that was my shty excuse) so when i started working out again, i took this picture
Was sweating like a mofo so i decided to take a pic (lol funny its like one month and a day that i took the other pics)
So as of todays date, should be doing shoulders and some legs. It should be fun :D
As for the other workouts, on thursday was chest, very good indeed since i still feel it. Then I had the day off on friday. Saturday was back, it was decent, adding chins/pull ups to the mix (and I cant...

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
