MY WORKOUTS ARE GOOD MAN.. I HAVE FINALLY LEARNED WHAT WORKS FOR MY CHEST AND SHOULDERS..NEXT I HAVE TO FIND OUT HOW TO TAKE MY BACK AND BICEP TRAINING PAST CURRENT LIMITS.
ay there..thanks for the comment :)...yea training is goin really good lately..like no joke with my current bulking routine im doin right now,ill have no problem hitting a solid weight of 95kg by the end of this year (CURRENTLY 87KG)..hows yours goin..thanks again

Why do u do lats and biceps ?i do the 5x5 since two weeks and its all about compound movements.
Will mix more bodybuilding exercises with the 5x5 soon,the 5x5 is worth following as with your high testosterone you will grow and grow fast!

i am concentrating on heavy compund exercises now until i gain a 50 chest minimum and proper mass in all body parts,also i am only training 3 days a week and it is working.
you have great delts and traps ,impressive for your age.u got a training partner?i work alone as noone here bothers spotting for anyone,my gym sucks.
