How I Started:
I made some wrong choices in my teenage years and I can say that weight training basically saved my life.
One big influence on me, was my cousin who help me a lot with weight training. I also grew tired of been bullied and decided to change that.
Why I Love It:
When I workout, I feel in control, satisfy, peaceful, confident. I love the pump, the muscle soreness the next day, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well if I stop for a while, I feel disoriented, like something is missing from my day or week, so I cannot stop haha. Seeing my self changing.

Compete, but mostly I would love to do fitness modeling, thats my dream, to see if that will happen well...
I did a lot of shopping today, running everywhere for this and that. I had a bit of trouble finding buffalo meat, wow expensive here in Ottawa.
Tonight its movie and chips time haha, with some good dark chocolate mmm, I love that stuff.

That's the Automated External Defibrillator training. The AED is totally dummy proof, it's totally dummy proof, it's just a matter of finding some place to get it done through. You might get it through Red Cross. It's a new requirement for the ISSA.
