When I Started:

How I Started:
I made some wrong choices in my teenage years and I can say that weight training basically saved my life. One big influence on me, was my cousin who help me a lot with weight training. I also grew tired of been bullied and decided to change that.
Why I Love It:
When I workout, I feel in control, satisfy, peaceful, confident. I love the pump, the muscle soreness the next day, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well if I stop for a while, I feel disoriented, like something is missing from my day or week, so I cannot stop haha. Seeing my self changing.
BB Accomplishments:
UFE Spring Bash 09 - Fitness Model Champion; Fitness STAR Model Search 09 - 3rd place, 2nd place Crowd's Favorite; Made the top 5, {4th place} (Fitness Model) at the World Championship WBFF show in Toronto Sept 20th/08

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Just half an hour in the morning 3 times a week, thats all, with just a protein shake with water and an apple.
