I know it takes a lot of dedication to keep your body looking the way you want it to look. I know in my 20's I could drop weight instantly if I wanted. Now in my 30's, it takes more discipline and more tweaking of diet and movement. I don't get a lot of time time to exercise because my job takes up about 11 hours a day with my commute so for now, I'm relying solely on what I eat and whatever movement I can fit in, whether it be Yoga or Plyometrics. So any tips would be appreciated!
BB Accomplishments:
So far, for the last 2 months, which is the longest amount of time it has taken me to lose weight has solely been on what I eat but I have lost 5.5 pounds. Of course, I have sporadically days of exercise and Yoga and my strict discipline for food is on work days. On the weekends you can really feel the difference when you take a trip to fattening foods land, which I do when the mood its me. But taking the weight loss slower is helping me find out what appeals to my system and what halts progress.

I took a huge step back this weekend. Everything I ate was mostly clean but I ended up eating a lot more than I had set out to do. No, won't go into the gorey details. For shame, I say, shame! Well, that triple cheeseburger and bag of chips did taste good at the moment but now...argh!
Your doing a great job keep it up. I luv going to the Arnold, ive gone 4 the past 6 or 7 yrs. I know what u mean by the long breaks, ive done that all the time. Ive been been working out now 4 the better part of 2 & a half yrs, with nothing but short 2 or 3 wk breaks. Once u really get the bug its hard to stop. lol Keep busting butt. Bob
Hey, how goes it? I am getting the day off tomorrow to see a doc and get some testing done. Will also get an early afternoon start to Dallas, where I'm spending the weekend with my Best Friend and taking photos at the Europa. Hope all is well and catch you later!
Yoga will at least help keep you more flexible and/or help with stress, both of which can benefit your overall health. Most of us are likelier to eat junk when we're stressed out, maybe your nipping that in the bud, too. Best to you and I'll look forward to your Blogs.

I hope your day got better after your post, looks like you are still training hard despite the changes, that is a testament to you and your motivation, your diet looks decent, maybe still light on the protein, but if you feel fine keep it going, Love the vodka comment, that was funny!! Stay strong
