I have always been an athlete! Love staying in good shape! Mainly just wanted more!
Why I Love It:
I Love the feeling after a crushing workout and the feeling of being sore the next day is addicting!
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals short term and long term. Also have an image of what I want to look like and until that is achieved, I will never quit!

My overall goal is to be the leanest at 205lbs possible!
Goal (Long):
I personally want to gain roughly 25lbs to put me at 200-205lbs. Although difficult, I am trying to stay lean and gain the weight in just solid muscle! The reason is I do not really care to much about strength as I do physique! I am also attempting to stay as agile as I am at 180lbs! Good Luck is right!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
It is so very important to be in excellent physical condition being in the U.S. Armed Forces! Most everything about our job is physically demanding! Especially while deployed!

Just my overall take on life has improved! My spirit is brighter and I am definitely more focused on my career goals!
