How I Started:
To fulfill a gym class requirement, I had to work out twice a week. Eventually i became obsessed and now you can catch me there any day they're open.
Why I Love It:
It's just me. No rules, no pressure. No one forces me to go. I do exactly what I want and don't let anything stand in the way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Goals are all I need. Maybe I'll look in the mirror once in a while and remind myself how scrawny I am, pushing myself to work harder. Any transformation I do see pushes me even further
BB Accomplishments:
Waking up every morning at 5:00. Enough said.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't support the grunting, and don't do it myself usually, but i can understand if someone's pushing themselves hard enough.
