What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't support the grunting, and don't do it myself usually, but i can understand if someone's pushing themselves hard enough.

Yeah, I've been there with all the grippers and stuff. Looks like you are taking it to the extreme! What kind of grippers? How much are you trying to deadlift without straps?

Actually I already have one I can do that line with but I'm gonna get it partially removed to get a new one over it. I wanted one that covered most of my back, but since I want to give competition a shot, I think I'll have to postpone that for a while. Your dog must be pretty strong if it lifts a 500kg chewy toy LOL!!!!!!

I wanted to get something similar but a more girly version, but having started a careere in the corporate world I don't think it would be very appropriate... might get one in a more "private" place though LOL!!!! Anyway it's really cool!

Let me know how you like that ProComplex gainer. I switched from Muscle Juice to Serious Mass by Optimum and it seemed to help (broke through a plateau and put on 5 lbs). I think the quality of the carbs in Serious Mass are better than Muscle Juice.
