Well, I currently weight 140 pounds exact, I take cytogainer and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I have a nice Workout plan.

Day 1 Triceps-Biceseps.

Day 2 Chest

Day 3 Back and shoulders.

Day 4 Legs and abs.

I hope to gain 160 pounds in a two month time.

I eat 5 times...

Well im working on a 4 week calis routine to build up my endurance and strength. Since I went solo, I had to actually re-structure all over agin. But so far all is good. Like I always tell you, the body never forget and now you are maturing so growth is inevitable. Keep up the great work. Welcome back kidd.

Ya calves trenerui raz v nedelyu on leg day. V samom kontse trenerovki ya delayu 4 - 5 high rep sets (25 - 30 reps) na calf raise machine. Eto vsyo. Mne s nimi povezlo, oni horosho reagiruyut k mimnimalnoi trenyerovki. Kak ti trenyeruish svoi? U moego druga tozje ploho reagiruyut calves, on ne davno nachel trenerovat ih 2 raza v nedelyu, with pyramid sets 16, 14, 12, 10, 8. Vrodye pomogayet. Poprobui tak, posmotri chto poluchetsa. Whats MMA? Is it school related? If so then yes, if not, then think it over. Remember Joey, when I meet you a year ago, you were a thug, cracking knee caps..lol. Look at yourself a year later. All the work you done, and you look mad sick fantastic. It took alot work and discipline. You have much to be proud of and I am very proud of you, even though im nobody. So dont let it go now. I know things are tough, but this has helped you so much.
