I wanted to prove my husband wrong that I would bulk up if I lifted weights... boy was I wrong!
Why I Love It:
Great way to get some stress out. I love feeling like I can do anything if I put my mind to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I take a picture and find all the things I can improve.

If someone where to have told me 5 years ago I would be a gym rat I would have laughed in their face. Now I can never imagine my life without weight lifting. My summer goals - I want to be able to do a couple pull-ups by myself and do at least 20 good push-ups. I would love to compete one day but that is definitely a long term goal at this point.

Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
