Some lady called me fat when I was a teen so I started taking an interest in health and fitness and working out. ha I saw results. Only recently, I have taken more of an interest in bodybuilding and diet/lifestyle change. I would possibly like to enter a figure competition at some point.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my body transform, feeling better...it's the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at others who have already achieved the goals that I want to achieve. When my husband says he is proud of me.
BB Accomplishments:
With the support of my awesome, sexy husband who trained me to have proper form and what bodybuilding is all about, I have really leaned up my body and I'm seeing muscle gain.

Lose the extra fat on my body and transform into lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
Along with the above, I would like to train for a figure competition.
First goal is lose the extra fat, then begin to develop muscle.
Hardest part for me is staying on the diet. I will be good for a while then give in to some cheesy, gooey pizza or something [however, this is getting less and less]
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
