I got tired of being overweight. Now I lost a considerable amount of weight and always trying to maintain it and build more muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body transform. It is also a great stress reliever and you get a sense of accomplishment after every single workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my picture when I was at my all time high weight of 250 lbs. I never, ever want to look that way again.

you have a good goal....its a great idea, with your new workout you increase your metabolism, its possible to lose fat in same time if you whant...good luck.....
Well as far as what foods work best to burn off fat, I read high fiber foods. How many cal's were you taking a day how much cardio and what kind were you doing walking, running what worked for you. The 12 week progam says walking will do but I'm not shore. I know I have to do better with what I'm eating and when but with your help and others I know I'll get there. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.
