I normally wouldn't post this and torture myself everytime I see it but it truly shows me how far I have come.
Been out of the gym for 2 wks but triceps are still strong ;).

Well back at it since Christmas. Gained 8lbs due to doing NOTHING. Well that is the past and moving forward with anticipation. Want to start focusing on my legs. Lift heavy and consistent.

I have been focusing on my calves a bit more. A good burn in the gym. I am thrilled how easy it is for my calves to develop. Just wish the rest of me was that easy - ah but not THAT EASY if you know what I mean ;).

My body is changing every day since I have kicked it into high gear. Loving it because I am currently not employed and have all this time. Back to work full time in a couple weeks. I'm scared of the extra work that will be required once I am back. Any suggestions???
