Why I Love It:
I feel strong and powerful. Can't beat that feeling :). Also it feels like I am at exactly where I am supose to be and it is challenging to know that there is always room for improvement. I get easily bored.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have created four visualization boards, Oxygen mags, turning young boys heads - hehe - lifting weights has helped my arthritis and multiple sclerosis, looking in the mirror and constantly shopping for smaller clothes!

Transformed my body and mind on a two week Canoe tour.
Transforming my body from three kids! Body looks and feels better before I had kids!
Been dealing with major stress in my life and knowing I am a strong woman I find myself losing my strength and fire. These days all I have is faith. Faith is a very strong word if you really FEEL it. I'm glad I have this site to access because I have made some great friends on here...
I was in Toronto, visiting some old college/HS buddies of mine! I think i ate too much! The restaurants there are amazing. Going hardcore at the gym this week though!
