How I Started: My own Mother was passionate about fitness, so I guess the credit goes to her. Also I enjoyed competing in Gymnastics as a child, ballet and tap dancing.
Why I Love It: I feel strong and powerful. Can't beat that feeling :).
How I Stay Motivated: I have created four visualization boards, Oxygen mags, turning young boys heads - hehe - lifting weights has helped my arthritis and multiple sclerosis, looking in the mirror and constantly shopping for smaller clothes!
BB Accomplishments: Transformed my body and mind on a two week Canoe tour. Transforming my body from three kids! Body looks and feels better before I had kids!

Okay I have not been able to move my neck and not too much my back either since Friday morning.  Thursday I over did it. I went for a long run with my dog when I got up, then went to the gym and weight trained for over a hour, came back home with son and we did some major gardening.  Big...

Hello Ms. Dynamic! Wow, thanks for the spontaneous and frank feedback - really appreciated! I have been working hard these past 2 months since the photos on my profile where taken..soon I get some professional shots done. The guys were just saying today at the gym how my body has transformed....it has taken a #$%"()?: lot of hard work..just hanging in there until I get these photos taken and time for a little well earned break.
