Overall Goal: My goal is to be a contender on the IFBB Pro Figure stage this fall.... I want to earn an Olympia qualification by placing in the top 3 in Atlantic City.

I was having a garage sale and one of the books that didn't sell for a quarter was Body For Life. I decided to take it back in the house to finish reading at the end of the day and rest is history.
Why I Love It:
I love making gains. I get the pleasure of being around people with "heart" every day at the gym. I love to get inspired, and to inspire other people. I love to learn. I am constantly learning and growing at the gym and out on the road with my dog. I love achieving goals that at one point seemed too far out of reach. I love being stubborn and not listening when people try to place limits on me. I love pumping out a set of 15 chinups and feeling the eyes on me. I love when the Stairmaster says "Goal Attained" after 45 minutes on level 10 intervals.
I don't know WHY I love these things, I just do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of competitors on the internet. I want what I don't have.
BB Accomplishments:
Motor City Body Buidling, Fitness, and Figure Pro/Am NPC Figure 1st Place Short Class (second contest ever)
I didn't have a trainer, a workout partner, a dietition, a posing coach, and ........I stoned my own suits.

I want an IFBB Professional Figure Status and an all expense paid trip to Spain via placing 1st in my class at Team Universe September 5th and 6th, 2008.

I wanted desperately to believe that 2009 was my year to shine... and IT WAS.. don't get me wrong; it just exactly what I envisioned but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Instead of competing this season, I spent two months volunteering at the Option Institute and Autism Treatment Center...
I stopped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have the body that so many want but are not willing to put the effort into developing. You should be complimented on your dedication, determination as well as achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.

Congrads on your turning pro. I like your thinking. You kick major butt and look great. I worked the USA's this past July, security in the judge's pit. I am competing in the Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Championships in July 18th. I am 46 and competing in the Master's Division. I plan on putting the best package possible out there. thanks! Ya i havent made it to the gym since ive been home, ive been busy restocking the house since we were gone for almost 2 months so i've been concentrating on my diet. I got the eating clean book and cookbook yesterday :) Are you one of the trainers at the gym? I'm looking into getting a trainer.
