I'm extremely burnt in Hawaii!
Not much change... eating more normal proportions! I've realized I need to target my obliques... so if anyone has any good suggestions :-)
Beating an eating disorder and learning to eat right!
Goal (Long):
I have struggled with two eating disorders in the past and would like to change my lifestyle so I can be happier and healthier. When I had a 125-lb body in high school, all I received were compliments!! Now not so much! I have weight trained 5 days a week and ran 4-5 miles a day for the past year a half and have not seen desired results. I know I need to change the way I eat--eating has become addictive and emotional for me. I know if I continue down this path all my hard work will really not show.

Yesterday at work, some female coworkers and I were talking about body image, eating disorders, etc. etc. Anyways these two girls are definitely not even close to being considered overweight. Both girls workout (cardio though) and eat pretty normally. Anyways, as I was talking to them,...

just try not to kill urself when u r doing cardio bc when u go to hard u actually burn muscle instead of fat...just keep a pace harder than a jog but lighter than a sprint like a comfortable medium
I lift 5x a week.. I think that Weights are more beneficial than the cardio! I only do 30 mins, about 5x a week.. just because I have more BF that i need to lose :) Other than that .. I've turned from a cardio bunny into loving weights more!! :)

Actually i was done with finals on Dec 5th..:) so i've been on break for quite a while:) How do you feel now that your finished w/ finals..Relieved i'm sure:)
