i started when i was 15 yrs old my parents till this day still work out and are in good shape.so its been part of my life for a very long time i remember going to the gym with them at times as a small child.and ever since i loved being in that atmosphere and once i started i couldn't stop only twice for about a year at a time and thats when i was pregnant with both my childern who are now 4 and 1 years old it was hard at times so i did have some off time here and there but now i am FULL TIME! at it..My golds now are to Gain more muscle mass and gain at least 5 more lbs i know alot of work out routines but i would love for some one to share more about gaining more muscles mass and how to eat right.i eat good BUT! im cuban so alot of that cuban food like rice,bread,steaks,pork chops that are frid i know isn't the right dite.so please some one teach me..lol..thank you for your time :]
Why I Love It:
i love everything about working out i love how i feel once i am done its a stress relief for me cause i am a mother of two kids ages 4 and 1yrs old and i am a stay a home mom also..and i love how my body looks and being a mother its a blessing to be in shape.i am a very determind and never give up..
How I Stay Motivated:
MySelf..everytime i see more and more progress i get more and more into it ..i also have a model that i love Vida Guerra being my main one..:}she is truly a hottie check her out GUYS!
BB Accomplishments:
i don't want to be bukly i want to be in shape and have mass on my body..not bukliness

my husband and i our son was a year in hafe i was 107lbs see i've always worked out but couldn't grow and finally after my daughter i've been able to maintain weight!!
