No problem. Lol, I didn't even take into account all of the carbohydrates that were used in the weight gaining powder. Also, what shows ate you planning on competing in I want to hopefully compete against you one day.

Training is going great, Im on the cusp of gaining my 10-11th pound of muscle this offseason. I have been following a Low-Volume training split and my body has been reacting pretty well. how is your training going?

oatmeal and some sort of fruit (apple preferably) would be great because they break down slow in your blood-stream supplying your mind and muscles with sustained energy. Oh and in the morning besides the oatmeal, a fast acting carb would be great to get some nutrients to your muscles even quicker. I tried small changes like this in my current off-season and the results are phenomonal.

Hey I was watching your video on your diet, after you workout you should try else instead of a high fiber card. I was reading that high fiber postworkout slows down protein absorption in the body. you should try some sort of fast acting sugar like gatorade or cool-ade to refill your muscle glycogen, some BCAA's wouldn't hurt either.
