That is great.. I wish there were more natty shows down this way! I got Musclemania and 3 NPC shows! I am trying to make a spot for myself in this sport so we'll see how i do this year! How much you weighing?

The slow acting carbs in the A.M. are for the day ahead, while the 2200 gainer uses a high amount of dexetrose as well as multidection etc. and THAT takes care of the catabolism caused by the Night/workout before. You are right about fast acting carbs in ADDITION to the Oatmeal, which is what I am looking to through in this of season. I appreciate your comments man, good looking out!

Nice... Good to hear training is going well! Back is doing better then? My training has been intense just passing the 260 mark now and still got my abs, hoping to do well in Musclemnaia and a few NPC shows so i can qulaify for TEAM U or another National show!
