When I Started: Jul 2006
HOW I STARTED:

Wanted to be bigger than what I was, and see how far I could take my body, and got hooked on bodybuilding.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love feeling the pump when im done my workout, and seeing the progress that gets made over time.

Nick W. The slow acting carbs in the A.M. are for the day ahead, while the 2200 gainer uses a high amount of dexetrose as well as multidection etc. and THAT takes care of the catabolism caused by the Night/workout before. You are right about fast acting carbs in ADDITION to the Oatmeal, which is what I am looking to through in this of season. I appreciate your comments man, good looking out! Thanks, N.
