Well, I was 96 KGs and nearly diabetic.
I turned to Yoga, dieting, mild workouts and got down to 80 KGs.
Then I got the 'LEAN OBSESSION' and started total carb control and INSANE AMOUNT OF EXERCISE.
Within 10 Months, I was 40 KGs Lighter.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel like I have conquered destiny.
How I Stay Motivated:
Models, MMA guys, I jus look at em and go hyper.
I look at the mirror n be like: I wanna be better

Goal (Long):
Well, I was an asthama patient for most of my life, I couldn't exercise and had a weak body. It eventually got to me in 2006 and I started putting good efforts to slim down. I used to be 96 kgs and really without any confidence (Sorry I can't convert KGs to pounds). So using Yoga, dieting, mild exercise initially I started losing weight, later also including acupuncture, massages, weight training and some cardio and eventually moved to much more tougher weight training and ended up being 55kgs of weight (whee!).
What I want to do now is be like Bruce Lee and get a really strong body. I want to lift 150 kgs, run 25 miles at a stretch, get extremely well defined muscles all over, gain a little height.
