Overall Goal: A wise man once told me,"work on yiur delts and you will complete your physique." So that's what I'm hammering right now.
Still weighing more each day. Will weigh 190 lbs. by mid November and 200 lbs. by December 31st with 15% body fat.
Fit Status:
Right now, I'm looking to increase the size of my necks, triceps and delts.
Pretty chunky here. Just starting out posting myself to the world.
Been working on the arm mass lately. Started training arms twice a week to start filling my shirst back out. I think back and chest can be done once a week, but my body needs to stimulate the arms more often. (Everybody's different ;-] )

Absolutely amazing. Herm inspires my drive to reach his physique as well as my desire to be as confident as he is.
The guy only started his transformation a year ago and is built better than most of us.

My workout are 5 days a week, 1 hour per workout, all supersets. This means that I rest almost nothing except to change up weights. For instance, I superset lat pulldowns with cable rows with ab crunches, then back to pulldowns, etc. No cardio other than this. But by the way, my heart is...

7 meals per day = 2 small breakfasts. one large lunch. 1 afternoon snack. One workout meal. One large dinner and one small snack before bed. About 3300 cals +/- 300. and 170 g of protein +/- 20 g's. If you are looking to lose weight, you could eat six meals per day and make it a small lunch and dinner and wipe out that nightime snack. good luck!

Hey, I was going to send you a PM. I am really backlogged with a lot of stuff right now and I am going to send you that information you asked for. I like to be very thourough with the things that I do and I haven't had time to sit down and give it the time it deserves. I haven't forgotten. I always finish what I start. Our community does a walk through "Reality House" in October to try and show kids different scenes on what could happen if they drink and drive. One scene they go through has a "live Jesus" hanging on a cross. I do the live Jesus. One of the biggest questions we get is, "Was that a real guy?" Last year we had over 2,000 people come through. Hopefully we make a difference in these kid's lives.

in terms of Mass building - it depends on the reps ur doing- in terms of how many times a week - doing functional compound training will giv u a leaner physique - mayb hitting the body parts 'lagging' behind twice a week may help but make sure u giv urself enough recovery time - & remember, diet is the magic ingredient that makes the difference!
I just keep my protein really high when i diet alot of chicken breast,egg whites,fish,ect.Stay around 250 grams a day.I have done 6 power lifting contests no bodybuilding yet but soon.Good luck with your training and diet you look good bro..Need any help just give me a shout.
