VillainChien Anybody else out ther have "anger management" issues? I swear, I don't see how people stay so calm. I'm only that way on vacation.

VillainChien Just got back from the gym. Heinous training and I am beat. Doing squats 3 days a week is murder, but the goals is to up testosterone.

Lordantril Try this: two days with as close to no carbs as possible, one day- moderate carbs- have carbs at breakfast and dinner, two days with as close to no carbs as possible, one day very high complex carbs. Then repeat. Cardio- Sprints three times per week, one day a week do a long sustained jog 20-30 minutes- do this preferrably after the high carb day. You will feel tired until your body adapts to the change. Strength may be initially down, but your body will stabilize within a week or so. May 13, 2013 3:35pm

Lordantril I usually bulk 2-3 months in the winter. I wouldn't call it a dirty bulk, but certainly not a clean one either. Carb cycling works best for me when cutting, along with inverval cardio. May 13, 2013 10:54am

Angelina8226 HAHA...Oh he knows...this has been going on for a few months...i did speak to him once...it's pretty cute...I watch him workout for a bit, he's very focused...when I come into view he lights up and smiles (hence his nick name lol)...we just smile at each other...I figure he must be taken or why wouldn't he say anything :) May 8, 2013 11:22am

maxreps190 I hear you about energy levels. I constantly feel drained, even with a decent amount of sleep. It's been the same for many years now and I haven't found anything that helps - except when I'm at the gym, though getting there can be hit and miss. If you find some miracle cure that helps, let me know. Training is going well. I tried HIT for a number of weeks but didn't find it was working for me. Reverted to a modification of my old ways. I'd always like to get more time in the gym but I'm making it count when I'm there, sticking with the diet, and generally feeling good these days. DdGTHUNDER HEY BROTHER THANX FOR THE COMPLIMENTS, TRUTHFULLY I DONT ADJUST THAT SCALE TO OFTEN FOR BODY FAT. I'M PROBABLY A LITTLE LOWER NOW, IN THE WINTER MONTHS I'LL BULK UP , THEN START CUTTING BY MID SPRING.ALWAYS TRYING TO TRICK THE BODY FOR GAINS. Apr 17, 2013 6:19pm
