How I Started:
My father was an amateur bodybuilder in the 80s and I have always been interested in the sport.I started working out back in 2004, but soon stopped after about 6 months. I got back into seriously working out and the idea of bodybuilding in June of 2008. Motivated by a friend I have continued the program on my own.
Why I Love It:
Feels great and makes me look good. Helps me manage stress and live a healthier life.
How I Stay Motivated:
People giving me complements on my size. Shows that I am actually making progress!!

I started off at 147, currently sitting around 160. I want to try and get up to 175-180 by the end of this year. Eventually cutting down body fat I want to start competing by the end of 2009 or beginning of 2010. Hopefully eventually finding a pro card along the way, but mainly focusing as a hobby.
