jgreystoke Hi VM! Drop into my workout journal whan you have the time http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=108580941 I'd really appreciate your criticism/comments. Get even stronger, big guy. Jun 19, 2008 1:40pm
jgreystoke
jgreystoke You've been keeping a very low profile recently. Hope your training, and your axe honing is going well. I've lurked in your west side thread, but it's all way ahead. Ain't advanced enough at the mo'. Strictly beginners style program for me. Hope to catch you by and by. Strength to you. Dec 8, 2007 2:52pm
TheRassss
TheRassss Norseman Brother (Go dag) I read your overtraining article and found it enlightening. Reminders are important and keep me from losing my way. Everything in life is about balance Nov 26, 2007 2:38pm

sphinx_57 @#$# you look like a viking, great work man. You are an inspiration. Oct 19, 2007 2:41am

jgreystoke Thanks for the add, VM. I may not be a powerlifter, but strength is my bottom line.....from all the slds.....my most impressive bodypart! You are an inspiration. Vikings dominate WSM and other strongman stuff. Most people think it is genetic. Maybe. I think the right attitude might be a big part of it. You've got that in spades, bro. Aug 29, 2007 9:52am
jgreystoke
jgreystoke Thanks for the rep, VM. They're some great lifts. I'm shooting to get as big and strong as possible, before the grim reaper catches up. And he'll have a hell of a fight when he does. I'll be watching out for your progress, and as always, your posts. Best of luck. Aug 17, 2007 11:22am

Kurume Also... i'm doing a 3 day split workout, chest/tri - shoulder/leg - back/bicep every - rest then start over again, can u recommend any other workouts or have comments on my current one? Im cutting btw.. so it seems ive made no progress in terms of muscle gain.. so meh. Shud I just clean bulk if im aiming to lose ~15-20lbs of fat? by ~4months? May 29, 2007 6:21pm
Kurume
Kurume Hey man it seemed like you were the right person to ask this, so hope you can answer. Anyways I started weightlifting 2.5 weeks ago, the 1st week I was performing really well but the 2nd week and 3rd week it seems I already needed to deload, my energy lvls have gone DOWN, maybe its from my diet? from pushing too hard the first week? Or my 7-8 hrs a day of sleep? Btw ive been eating less carbs lately, but if you know any obvious reasons that'd be nice to hear about, thanks man May 29, 2007 6:19pm
