My first attempt to reach my goal of 6 pack.
Reintroduce carbs back in my diet and eating indeficit, works better for me.

Cutting period, pretty much I'm trying to maintain strength & get out of the gym after hitting the areas I came for.

Sets will usually be 3-4 with 4-6 reps.

Chest/Bicep
DB press 4x4-6 (75, 80, 85, 90)
Incline DB press 3x4-6 (80, 85, 90)
DB flies 3x4-6...

to answer your question, i eat around 4500 calories a day..lots of sweet potatoes and grilled chicken and steamed vegetables..let me know if you need more info..khoi

thanks bro..honestly, I'm probably at about 25% bf. My current caloric intake is roughly 2000/day not counting exercise.

no...I never fought Hogan...LOL.. i have been in quite a few "look a like" contests though, and won several... he has emailed me too. Folks always say "you look like Hulk Hogan"..I say "no...he looks like me...im older...LOL"

I am actually cutting right now. Clean bulk/cuts are basically anything and any food that fits into my macronutrients for the day. I eat poptarts, cereal, pizza, etc. you need to learn that CALORIES IN vs CALORIES OUT is all that matters given that the macronutrients are solid. I cut now on: 50g fat 250+carbs 200g Protein Sorry if I dont reply fast enough, PM me on the forums and I will respond MUCH faster.
