to answer your question, i eat around 4500 calories a day..lots of sweet potatoes and grilled chicken and steamed vegetables..let me know if you need more info..khoi
thanks bro..honestly, I'm probably at about 25% bf. My current caloric intake is roughly 2000/day not counting exercise.

no...I never fought Hogan...LOL.. i have been in quite a few "look a like" contests though, and won several... he has emailed me too. Folks always say "you look like Hulk Hogan"..I say "no...he looks like me...im older...LOL"
I am actually cutting right now. Clean bulk/cuts are basically anything and any food that fits into my macronutrients for the day. I eat poptarts, cereal, pizza, etc. you need to learn that CALORIES IN vs CALORIES OUT is all that matters given that the macronutrients are solid.
I cut now on:
50g fat
250+carbs
200g Protein
