My Motivation Program

Being able to shop anywhere & getting positive feedback from others are definately most encouraging to me. But, since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism it became important for completely different reasons. Even with medication, I have to be extremely careful because it causes me to gain weight incredibly fast, leaves me exhausted & lethargic, makes me feel foggy and in general effects everything else in my body. Because of hypothyroidism, I have to work that much harder than the guy next to me, just to achieve the same results.

It's pretty awesome that MY HUSBAND IS MY BIGGEST CHEERLEADER! Without his help & support I couldn't have accomplished what I have so far xoxo.

I'm on here strictly for the business of help, support and motivation, so please, be repectful, thank you!

TheStandUpGuy Damn girl that is some shiny motivation ;) Never met anyone who's motivation had so much bling! But really thnks so much. I dunno how motivating my story is really. Im happy to share it with you sometime. Basically just thankful for what I have and what is possible. I've seen wheelchair dudes with ripped 6 packs so that is 1 of my goals for sure and I have faith I'll do it. So what's your story if you feel like sharing? Afzy It really sucks that u had to skip your last company. But I'm sure you going to use the time to bring a crazy improved package to next season in April !! I've been good . I've had a few stumbling blocks while u were away from bs, but I'm back on track and slowly getting where I want to be.
