When I Started: Mar, 2008
How I Started: I've been around gyms most of my life, I use to work in two gyms. I was in an areobics troupe and did a number of displays around the city I grew up in. Now its been a bit tough to get started again as I've been out of the scene for a while. I just had a baby and now I want my body back.
Why I Love It: I love feeling strong. I love being lean (except I'm not lean right now). I love pushing my body to its limits and feeling so good after. I also love people saying nice things about my body (which is not happening right now...hopefully soon) this would motivate me to work harder.
How I Stay Motivated: Remembering how I use to look and how I use to feel. Wanting to get leaner and hopefully compete in a figure contest someday. Looking at before and after photo's of other members also keeps me motivated.

I want people to understand that skinny fat is a problem. They see you in clothes and comment how "thin" you are, but dont know you jiggle and have loose stuff!!
