I have always loved the rush of working out, but have always been a cardio queen! I just started lifting weights and eating clean. Im excited to start seeing results!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its really the only thing i can control! I control whatever i do with my body and whatever i eat. Its a great feeling to be determined and set goals and watch ur body change everyday from such hard work!

Hey Victoria!! Are you still talking teh Femme? I love the creatine. I have never had a product give me such great results. MY muscles are getting really defined yet lean at teh same time! MY veins are starting to pop in my shoulders and forarms. Crazy! :D Hope you have a happy 4th!
i will definitely let yah know! :) the diet isnt sooo bad. i mean i get hungry.. but thats alright. i get tired at times..and i definitely get grumpy LOL! remember..im prepping for a show! its all about the diet to get the way i look right now! :)
Oh course I do! and weights of course. How is your dieting going? are you still with the same trainer? are you trying to lean out right now or put on muscle? I'm off to Calgary today! Show is Saturday, wish you could come watch!!
I put about 1.5 pounds back on after the carb load....was not likeing the ultra lean look, but 2 trainers, including my partner told me to stick to it, I am losing fat, and will stay focused on building mass....low carbs make the workout twice as hard...but i am still shooting for 8-12 reps with a spot....I struggled more today than ever, but off day is tomorrow...wooohooo, my body is beat the F up!!!!
Vic I dropped 6.5 lbs in 4 days, last night was my carb load, and weight this morning 124 and feel like I look too lean and not enough MASS...I feel like I look smaller Muscle wise than a month ago!!!!! But my partner/coach said stick with the mass will come, Im losing bodyfat right now and water...not planning on being competitive for this Aug. 1st show, but hoping to be on Nov.12....on this diet for 17 weeks girl!!! I posted new "progress pics" my posing sucks!
Girl...the cut diert book says to carb load on meal 18 (thats meal 6 on day 3)...I have been on it for 4 days, diet is be the book to a "T" and I am dropping wait like crazy and feel like I am losing mass...this whole dieting/ training is a learing process!!!! I am sticking with the diet and not switching up again, but I am concerned about losing much more weight (can't beieve I actually said that...lol) I am smaller now, than on my weigh in for my last show!!!
Yep, but the book say u must eat in a certain ordwell on it.......spinach first, then the sweet pot, then oatmeal with raisins...Im doing really well w/ it, how is it working for u??
Hey girlie!! Like where did you go?? I have missed you! How are you and what is going on? I am really hitting it hard in the gym going heavy and the diet has been very good too!! I am taking Femma creatine that Gemma recommended and love it!! I saw that you are taking it to. How do you like it? I am already seeing veins in my arms poking out.. I had to stop and stare in the gym mirror! :D
I completely understand the spending too much...do it ALL the time! I think I am doing the same diet you are on, or was on the last time we chatted...no carbs until 18th meal (last meal on day 3) then you carb load. My carbs are coming from spinach and brocc!!! Oh, and grapefruit! I have stuck to this to a T, no cheating, no acholol....5 weeks out to my first figure!! Staying on this diet (friend is doing it with me- helps) through Nov, next show~~
Girl, I am on POINT right now with both trainings and dieting! I FINALLY have a lifting partner (a good friend of mine) she is training for bodybuilding, so we are lifting super heavy (she lifts heavier of course) hoping toain a lot of gain a lot of mass in the next 5 weeks!! Hows ur training/diet?
I don't notice a HUGE difference but every little but helps! I also take BCAA's and ZMA for muscle growth. I stop taking creatine 3 weeks out from a show because it makes you hold water. Have you decided what show you are doing yet?
